This is how we roll in Airlie Beach.

Beach Jam Session

Every year the Airlie Beach Festival of Music kicks off with a jam session the main beach on the esplanade. Indigenous dancers perform a welcome to country and musicians jam by the Coral Sea before moving onto Magnums Hotel for the National Passport to Airlie Final.

Thursday

Day 1

On Friday, the small coastal town of Airlie Beach will come alive to the sounds of music. Festival acts play across 16 venues throughout Airlie Beach from Midday then the main tent at the Whitsunday Sailing Club from 5pm.

Friday

Day 2

With the official program continuing through the afternoon and evening. Everything is fully equipped - no need to bring camping chairs.

Saturday

Day 3

Start your Sunday with a brunch set to live music at one of the venues on the Airlie Beach Main Street. Then move to the main tent where the final day's program gets underway at 2pm. The festival finale is always an experience not to be missed.

After Party

Beat the Monday blues with the Airlie Beach Festival of Music after-party at Northerlies. Free entry to all 3 day festival arm bands.
