TIM GRIFFIN

Tim Griffin is one of North Queensland’s most highly regarded and awarded Blues musicians. He has had the honour of representing Queensland at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis , USA, in 2013 and has performed on the legendary Bourbon St in New Orleans , for one exciting week at Tropical isle. Tim has performed at several major festivals including Blues on Broadbeach and The Airlie Beach Festival of music. In 2015 Tim took out the national battle of the bands competition run by Airlie Beach Festival of Music as a soloist. Tim has proudly supported and performed with , The Black Sorrows, Russell Morris, Jeff Martin, John Butler Trio, and many others. Tim has 3 recorded works, Castle Hill Blues 2012 Shake ya hoodoo 2015 The Outlaw sessions 2018 Tim is currently working on a new project with his harmonica player, Dr Blake Spady, and will be releasing this in 2022. Tim is an endorsed and published artist and proudly represents Maton guitars.
