🎟 Festival Tickets

If you purchased standard festival tickets, your ticket(s) have been emailed to you.

📩 Didn’t receive your ticket?
Be sure to check your Junk or Spam folder, as ticket emails sometimes land there.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Bought Tickets for Family or Friends?

If you entered separate email addresses for each attendee during checkout, their festival tickets will be automatically emailed to them directly.

If you used your own email address for multiple tickets, all festival passes will be sent to you as the primary ticket holder. You can either:

• Forward the tickets to your festival mates, or
• Check everyone in together at the festival ticket office.

No need to contact us unless there’s an issue—we’ve got you covered!

⛺ Camping Packages

If you purchased a Camping Package, only the primary ticket holder is issued a ticket. This will be used for both festival entry and camping check-in.

We will be in touch for any additional ticket holders so we can issue their festival passes manually.

🏨 Accommodation Packages

If you purchased an Accommodation Package, your confirmation has been received and you’ll be contacted shortly by our team with more details regarding your check-in.
