Sweet (UK)

British rock band Sweet is a Rock Music Phenomena that has taken every continent by storm for more than five decades. The Golden Thread that links the past through to the present and into the future is Andy Scott. His determination to maintain high standards with the band’s musical legacy and touring is legendary. The band today has an illustrious pedigree recreating “live” the high energy and soaring vocals associated with the Sweet sound that is the band’s trademark.

Pseudo Echo

Formed from a couple of Melbourne high school mates in 1982, New-Wave outfit Pseudo Echo went on to become one of the pioneering bands of the 80’s in Australia. With their stylish look and electro sound, the band quickly established themselves as one of the most iconic acts in the country. Best known for their international #1 smash hit “Funky Town”, Pseudo Echo revolutionised the music landscape with their avante-garde style. Fast forward to 2024, Pseudo Echo celebrates their 40th anniversary with a fresh new remix from the forthcoming MACHINE album.

It was almost 23 years ago that Jebediah first shambled on stage in their shorts, sneakers, blue hair, dimples, grins and smirks and started bouncing off the walls with their roaring riffs and soaring pop hooks, tearing the lid off the Big Day Out and the Hottest 100 overnight. It’s impossible for an Australian of a certain vintage to imagine those late ’90s summers without those delirious early Jebs singles blasting out of every car radio and festival PA from Summersault to the Falls to Homebake. 23 years, six albums and piles of awards and acclaim later, the Jebs continue to captivate their devout fan base with their infectious energy and enthusiasm.

Christine Anu is one of Australia’s most popular recording artists and performers of all time who uses her voice and reputation to spread a message of unity and hope. With 17 ARIA nominations, including the APRA AMCOS award-winning My Island Home and her platinum album Stylin’ Up, she has one of the country’s most enduring and recognisable voices.

Ash Grunwald has inspired a generation to hit the road in an old beat-up old van to ‘surf by day jam by night’. Throughout his career, he has supported legends James Brown, The Black Keys, Jack Johnson, Xavier Rudd, and Keith Urban, among numerous others, and played sold out festivals across Europe, Japan, and North America. With six Australian Top-50 albums to his credit, alongside five ARIA and four AIR Award Nominations, two APRA Awards, and gong for Best International Act at the LA Music Critic Awards.

Round Mountain Girls

It’s been well over a decade since a congregation of part time musos got together in a shed on Round Mountain in the most northern part of NSW. Hundreds of shows on, and they’ve simply become one of the most engaging live acts in Australia. RMG have opened for America, Santana, Tim McGraw and Brad Paisley; toured the UK (twice) and made friends around the world.

Genevieve Chadwick

A lauded live performer, Chadwick claimed 2013’s People’s Choice Award at the Telstra Road to Discovery Finals in Tamworth and played the nation’s most coveted blues and roots festivals. This comes as little surprise when you hear her powerful, soulful voice and spiritlifting, kinetic guitar-work. Chadwick writes with directness of intent – unadulterated roots rock with blues and Americana influences, void of bells and whistles.

Tennyson King

Tennyson King is an award-winning, nomadic, folk musician from Hong Kong and Canada with a charismatic stage personality and magnetic energy. Pairing songs written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese with kick drum, Zhongruan, electric and acoustic guitar, he captivates audiences with positivity, interactive songs, and playful stories of life on the road. He’s appeared solo from great halls to intimate theatres and brings his band to festival stages with a restorative sound that brings crowds to their feet; folk-rock infused with earthy roots, pop, and subtle psychedelic ear candy.

Tom Harrington

Tom Harrington is an indie-folk artist, who grew up in rural Victoria on a cropping farm before falling in love with the coastal life. A humble singer-songwriter with a compulsion for raw, captivating storytelling when his acoustic guitar is in hand. Bound to make audiences feel connected every performance. He uses live vocal looping to create a larger-than-life sound whilst still remaining present and flowing, to a level unseen in other folk artists.
