TERMS & CONDITIONS – ULTIMATE PARTY IN PARADISE PACKAGE

Participation in the Ultimate Party in Paradise Package Giveaway Competition (“the Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter of this Promotion is the Airlie Beach Festival of Music.

Who can enter?

Entry is only available to Australian residents aged 18+ years at the time of entry.

How to enter?

To enter, participants must subscribe via the provided link and complete all mandatory fields. Entries close at midnight May 17, 2026. The winner will be selected at random at 9am Monday 18th May and contacted using the phone number supplied in the entry form. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner will be randomly drawn. This process will continue until the prize is successfully claimed.

The Prize must be redeemed in conjunction with the Airlie Beach Festival of Music (6 – 8 November 2026). All bookings are subject to availability and must be coordinated with the Promoter and respective Prize Providers. The Promoter and Prize Providers are not responsible for the unavailability of preferred dates or any changes imposed by service providers.

All components of the Prize must be accepted as a whole. The Prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. If the Winner is unable to use any portion of the Prize, no compensation will be provided.

Travel to and from Airlie Beach is not included and is the responsibility of the Winner. 

All Prize elements are subject to availability, weather conditions and operational requirements of the individual Prize Providers. The Promoter and Prize Providers are not liable for cancellations, delays or any event that prevents the Prize from being fulfilled as planned.

The Promoter does not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. However, to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Prize Providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize.

The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical error, or any issues associated with the administration of this competition, including but not limited to interruption, deletion, delay in operation or transmission, communications network failure, theft, destruction or unauthorised access to entries.

It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image, and voice (including photograph, film, and recording) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration to promote this promotion and products, or services distributed and supplied by the Promoter.

This Promotion complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to advertising standards and consumer protection laws. The Promoter pledges to conduct this Promotion in a fair and transparent manner, ensuring all participants have an equal opportunity to win.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram. By entering, entrants release Meta from any responsibility and agree that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Meta.
